First Foods!!!

Today was Squish's first time eating (semi) solid food. We had some rice cereal with dinner tonight.

She did a really great job. Ate probably an ounce of cereal on top of her 6 ounce bottle of formula. Hungry girl!!She did much better than we thought she would. At first she was trying to suck on the spoon like she does her bottle...

But soon she realized, "Hmm... wait... this is different..."...

....and at that point she kind of switched into playing mode.....

She mashed it around in her mouth....

...and spit it back out....

...and then mashed it around some more!!!
It was so doggone cute!! I can't wait to do it again!!
